I'm a happy 24-year old living in North Texas with my husband Dillon and our two cats, Leelee and Jinxi. I work for Texas Woman's University coordinating Continuing Education programs. TWU is also my alma mater; I graduated from here in 2008 with a B.A. in Government and a B.S. in Marketing. Before coming to work here, I managed a state representative's re-election campaign and worked for him in the Texas Legislature through the 2009 session. I'm also a graduate student at the University of North Texas. I'll be done with my Master's in Public Administration, with an emphasis in Non-Profit Management, in 2012. I've never really had a dream job and I'm not sure what is next for me, but I do love higher education and public service as a whole, especially when the "public" is university stakeholders.
Aside from speaking professionally or academically, I am still learning to be a wife! Dillon is my best friend, and we love having everyday domestic adventures like trying new recipes, competing at both electronic and non-electronic games, running silly errands and taking walks/runs through our neighborhood. I also have many fabulous friends whose locations range from the next office over to across the globe! We are lucky enough to live in close proximity to most of our family members too, and we are always happy for opportunities to spend time with them.
